1. Basic information about mPEG-MAL

Chinese name: methoxy polyethylene glycol maleimide.

Appearance: Depending on molecular weight, usually white to yellowish solid, sometimes may appear as a viscous liquid.
Molecular weight: Can be customized according to requirements, common range between 0.4k and 10k.
Solubility: mPEG-MAL has a good solubility in water, but also soluble in most organic solvents, such as methanol, ethanol and dichloromethane.
Storage conditions: Should be dry, away from light storage, temperature does not exceed -20℃.
2. Molecular structure of mPEG-MAL
The molecular structure of mPEG-MAL consists of two parts: the polyethylene glycol (PEG) backbone and the Maleimide functional group.
