Block copolymer is a kind of special polymer which is prepared by connecting two or more polymer chain segments with different structures. Generally, the hydrophilic region that forms block copolymers is polyethylene glycol (PEG), while the hydrophobic region is usually polyoxypropylene and polyamino acid (poly aspartic acid, poly glutamic acid, etc.). Together with PEG, they form a variety of diblock or triblock polymers, which can form a variety of micelles and expand the range of drug loading.

Block copolymer with specific structure can be used as auxiliary material for high-end preparations such as micelles. SINOPEG can synthesize polyethylene glycol block copolymers with specific chemical structure and molecular weight according to customers' requirements.
